1. Cam Robinson - #74 Alabama, 6'6'' 326 5.15, 86 - Prototypical Tackle prospect who is best suited to play on the right side. Very strong and technically sound. Gets off the ball with more power than any tackle in this draft. Mean, physical player. Has had struggles with quicker pass rushers. Gets off balance. I think he will dominate in the NFL but it may be at RT or inside at Guard.
2. Ryan Ramczyk - #65 Wisconsin, 6'6'' 313, 84.5 - Better player than athlete but can really get the job done. Solid pass blocker who may be better against the run. Great feet and hands. He can really turn his man and create creases for his RB. Excellent blocker at the 2nd level. Dominated in his Bowl Game vs Western Michigan. More of a finesse player than a road grader.
3. Garrett Bolles - #72 Utah, 6'5'' 297 4.95, 84 - Solid all-around Left Tackle prospect who is an elite athlete for the position. Bolles is a bit undersized and not as stout at the point of attack as you would like. I wouldn't be too concerned drafting him. His strengths far out-weigh his weaknesses. He should be drafted in the 1st Round and able to play right away.
4. Mike McGlinchey - #68 Notre Dame, 6'7'' 310, 83 - Elite technician who excels in pass pro. Plug and play type of prospect. How well he adapts to run blocking at the next level will be the key. 1st Round talent with the tape to back it up. McGlinchey did not enter the 2017 draft and will return to Notre Dame.
5. Adam Bisnowaty - #69 Pitt, 6'6'' 300 5.23, 75 - Solid all around player. Moves very well for a Tackle. May have a problem with holding penalties at the next level. Almost always beat his man in College. Doesn't appear to have the prototypical long arms you look for in a Tackle. Has a funky stance that may contain a "tell" at the next level. 2nd to 3rd round Left Tackle prospect who's best position may be pulling Guard in the NFL. That isn't to say can't play Left Tackle. He can. It just may not be where he ends up playing.
6. Avery Gennesy - #65 Texas A&M, 6'3'' 318 5.35, 74 - Decent all around player who excels as a run blocker and has the feet you look for in a LT. Junior College transfer who only played 2 years at A&M. Isn't as strong as you would like with only 24 reps at the combine. You can see the lack of strength on film at times. Hand placement is poor and could lead to holding penalties in the NFL. While Gennesy does have some flaws I have a 2nd to 3rd Round grade on him. Most publications I've seen have him going much lower.
7. Antonio Garcia - #53 Troy, 6'6'' 302 5.15, 72 - Tall, lanky small conference prospect with big upside. He may not have the strength to start right away but he has the tools. Good feet and solid technique. There are concerns his frame can't handle much more weight. Plays a little high and will over-play his man. More than held his own vs Clemson. The concern that Garcia would struggle moving inside is legitimate but I think he's a LT prospect who has a chance to start down the line.
8. Julie'N Davenport - #70 Bucknell, 6'7'' 318 5.45, 70 - His tape is impressive but it's hard for me to grade someone when 2 out of the 3 games I can find film on are against VMI. He certainly has the size and ability. I'm concerned about his 18 reps on the bench press at the combine. His incredibly long arms(36 1/2') could have played a role in that. If he dominates in the NFL the way he did the Patriot League he will be an All-Pro.
9. Aviante Collins -#69 TCU, 6'4'' 295 4.81, 68 - Unlike most Tackle prospects in this class Aviante played most of his college ball at RT. He is undersized and lacks the long arms and strong hand usage you look for in a Tackle. May be too small to transition inside. Doesn't fire out of his stance and isn't stout at the point of attack. Seemed to tire out in the 2nd half of the Oklahoma game. Will need to be in the right scheme and will need time to develop. He put up some impressive numbers at the combine with a 4.81 in the 40 and 34 reps on the bench press. Those elite numbers along with the athleticism, technique and nastiness you can see on tape make Collins a potential late round sleeper.
10. Zach Banner - #73 USC, 6'9'' 353 5.58, 65 - HUGE! The biggest player in this year's draft and will be one of the biggest players in the NFL if not the biggest. He is a good athlete for his size. He has an impressive first step in pass pro but overall quickness is just average. His athleticism is impressive for a man of his size but is just average overall. Boom or bust type who could dominate but is more of a project than polished prospect at this point.
11. Roderick Johnson - #77 Florida State, 6'7'' 323, 63 - Solid technique and rarely gets caught out of position. Lacks ideal explosion out of his stance and at the point of attack. Ends too many plays on the ground. Had a poor 1st Half vs Ole Miss. Adequate but not a great athlete. Has tools but needs to be more consistent.
12. Chad Wheeler - #72 USC, 6'7'' 306 5.48, 57 - Solid but unspectacular. Plays both the pass and run well but has room to improve in all areas. Could bulk up but also needs to add a little quickness. 3rd day type pick who should be able to contribute right away but also has plenty of room to improve. Wheeler is also being looked at as a Center prospect.
13. Will Holden - #74 Vanderbilt 6'7'' 311 5.47, 55 - Inconsistent player who doesn't appear to have the strength or athletic ability to be a difference maker in the NFL. He does have good enough feet to back up at LT which has value in itself.
14. David Sharpe - #78 Florida, 6'6'' 343 5.44, 54 - Mauling type who struggles in pass pro. Will play RT at best and likely will be forced inside to Guard. He may be too stiff and unathletic to be a starting Guard. Is not a player that can get to the 2nd level and misses a lot of assignments in both the run and pass game. His elite size(35 3/8' arm length) cannot be over looked and he will certainly be drafted at some point.
